Celine's best friend, Aya, introduced Ricky and Celine in 2011. Aya was dating Ricky's younger brother Yao and thought Celine and Ricky would make a great match! They had their first date on Valentine's Day and became inseparable. Ricky accepted a job offer in Berkeley ten months later and moved in with Celine in Alameda. In May of 2012, they welcomed their fur baby, Princess, a small Yorkie into their family. On their four year anniversary, Ricky popped the question to Celine in front of Cupid's Span in San Francisco. After being together for six years and engaged for two, Celine and Ricky are finally ready to plan their big day!
